Mixing and Mastering
In 5.1 or stereo, for theatre, Bluray and DVD, and television
Fine, controlled acoustics are also ideal for mixing. Due to the shape of the studio and the materials used such as beech and birch wood, the sound is of high quality. The non-parallel walls and rounded rear wall ensure that sound movement is controlled and it does not reflect.
A non-resonant floor is very important for foley recording, and this has been achieved by a thick concrete floor on sand in the studio. Wooden floor panels can be removed to reveal the thick concrete foley floor which resides underneath at a dimension of 2.5 by 3.5 meters.
